Their service was excellent, from the small stuff (advising how to present our house for viewers, their high quality photos) to the big (securing a new buyer when the first pulled out, communicating with the other end of our chain, generally calming us down when the dream house we were buying decided not to sell). We managed to complete and move in the unprecedented first days of lockdown during March-April, and they still made themselves available to ensure things went well and recommend removal companies, cleaners etc. They always made us feel welcome when we stopped in to chat on a weekend, which is almost as important as everything else - so many agents feel impersonal and diffident, but they treated us and our situation with respect. Willow Green did an excellent job helping sell our parents’ bungalow in a retirement village - not an easy undertaking during lockdown. Our initial meeting with Hannah was very positive and the photographer took an excellent set of photographs. She and Chloe kept in touch regularly throughout rather drawn out negotiations and we always felt they were fighting our corner! I think they were as pleased as we were when the sale finally when through and we were very touched to receive a lovely gift of local goodies.
