Not interested in selling properties...

I called up to book a viewing on a property - the person I needed wasn't available apparently and clearly only they can book viewings...., Still waiting on a call back (days later) - at least I know not to list my property with them as they clearly only show people around when they feel like it - not great for those trying to sell their home with them. Clearly they have no desire to build relationships with buyers to try and ensure quicker sales for their sellers. Again great to know when you want to sell yours. Just a sloppy agent with no customer service skills who think they need to do no work for their commissions.
