Robinson Michael & Jackson have been fantastic with their service so far. We unexpectedly had to pull out of a purchase of another property with a different company. After popping in to their Maidstone branch on the off chance to see what properties they had available we were met by Ellie. She sat down with us and took the time to sort through what was available on the market and what was coming up for sale. Within half an hour we found a property we loved and she even sorted us a viewing later that day. Since then we have had constant contact with them keeping us updated ever step of the way. TJ and Jodie have also made sure that we have everything we need at each stage, always available at the end of the phone for any questions. This company have been great with any issues that have arisen and fully supportive each stage, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property in Maidstone with, Ellie, TJ and Jodie being a real credit to the company.

Ennis/Sam Many, many thanks to you both for managing a virtually flawless and very easy letting of our property. The whole process from start to finish has been handled by you both totally professionally, with complete transparency and just the right amount of communication. Particularly since it involved someone in the UK plus a landlord several time zones away in America. When we were selecting an Agent to manage the property you told us you were the best in the area - you were absolutely correct. Finally a big thank you to you Sam for going the extra mile in extremely hot weather to manage the viewings.
