Lucy was extremely helpful in assisting me with an issue with my oven. She promptly arranged for an engineer to attend, and thankfully the problem was resolved on the same day. I really appreciated her help and the fact that she followed up afterwards to check everything was okay. Thank you, Lucy your assistance was greatly appreciated x
