Excellence and customer focus is clearly a foundation within Jody. Everything Jody does is with the customer on mind. Jody drives forward with an aim to resolve all issues that can have a negative impact on an exchange. More importantly Jody seeks resolutions to ensure smoothness is maintained. Considering the problematic buyer who was having issues with issues and constantly going backwards. Nothing was a problem, and without Jody, I feel would have been back on the market. Overall, Jody is a champion of how to work with customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
