For 3 years of renting, I had no problems with this agency. When I needed something, or something broke down in my apartment, I could always count on help. As a tenant, my expectations of a property managed by an Estate Agent are never high. However Michelle has been unbelievable responsive and helpful from the moment that I first enquired about the availability of the property, to now, when I am 4 months in. She responds to my questions promptly (normally within minutes), and the service that as been provided by every contractor that I have seen to carry out work or manage inventories etc has been excellent. I'm a current tenant so my review is of my experience so far, but I've had a positive relationship with the team at Martin & Co. After I moved in they sorted out a couple of issues with power companies on my behalf. And when I had a problem with an electrical appliance (faulty fridge) they sent someone over to inspect it, and replaced it with a nice new one soon afterwards.

Martin & co have been very helpful with both me and my brother, i love the apartment we have and not had any issues. I have lived in idenden house for nearly 3 years now and could not be happier. Wonderful staff who communicate with their tenants and keep is well informed with the ongoings of the property.
