I rented with whitegates in stoke on trent for 2 years and i can say that i had a wonderful experience with Chris and rest of the staff. They were quick in responding whenever I had any issues with the accommodation. Moreover their letting procedures are quite simple and straightforward when compared with the others. Go ahead with them as they give you a VIP treatment.

I wish I could give them 6 stars out of 5. Chris, Hannah and the rest of the team has been taking care of literally everything since we moved in as tenants. Besides being friendly and professional, they are also very responsive, easy to talk to, they sincerely care about their client's requests and about providing the best services. BY FAR the best Lettings & Estate Agents I've worked with so far.

The team at Whitegates were great. Stephanie helped to answer any questions and guide us through the sale in a professional and courteous manner (we were first time buyers). No issues at all from the first offer to completion and we had regular contact with someone, which was nice to alleviate any additional stress.
