The service provided to me as a landlord seeking new tenants was excellent. Barry and Winnie offered an intelligent, knowledgeable, well-organised and thorough service from start to finish. Barry arranged and conducted all the viewings, whittled down the applicants, provided a list of potential tenants, and did all the necessary referencing. Communication was excellent throughout. The only problem was selecting which tenants to offer the tenancy to, as there were so many high-quality applications to choose from ! I would definitely recommend Belvoir without any hesitation.
