Check out procedure when Landlord takes back property.

I recently took a property back from Bartrams & they did not even offer me an Inventory Check out. They just offered to send a form for me to complete with my tenant, On top of that they continued to charge me renewal fees when the tenant renewed his contract when it was agreed that they would not do this. I got my fees back each time only for them to charge me again when the tenant renewed & subsequently ask again for my return of fees. They are also very difficult to contact on the phone & you cannot get through to them, as on the last four occasions I called I could not speak to anyone.. I will not be using their services in the future as I am very unhappy with them as a Letting Agent.. . .
