We were previously looking at this estate agent as we are looking to move but now we refuse due to their disgusting behaviour! I have a flat basically next door to their building and pay £160 a month to park by here. Upon arriving home from my 13 hour night shift on in extremely busy hospital department, I pulled up on the public land at the back of their property to wait for my partner who I had to take for an appointment. While waiting, an extremely rude member of their staff informed me I was in someone’s parking space despite there not being spaces marked out and no signs anywhere? To add to this, there was plenty of spare room to park. Too tired to argue I politely moved out of the way and waited in my car for my partner to come out. After waiting for a couple minutes I pulled up out of the way, in front of the gates of another business that I knew was not yet open to run inside my flat and see what the hold up was. As I arrived inside my flat my partner was ready to leave but we decided to wait and two women came out and started to show disgusting behaviour for grown adults who are meant to be representing a company. We filmed these individuals use some sort of spray to stick multiple unnecessary notices to my car. I understand if they want to park there but one note under the windscreen wiper would be sufficient; vandalism was unnecessary! The notes stated that the land was private property and they pay to park there but since it’s a back alley with not signage I decided to investigate these claims and have been informed by the council it is public land and not owned by any business. Therefore, I believe their behaviour was childish and not what a respectable business should be doing. The note also stated that my parking several metres away from any of their buildings, property and vehicles was affecting their business, but I find it more believable that it’s the unprofessional and childish employees they have vandalising and smoking out the front of the building, in front of potential customers, the issue with their business. I liked to think this was an okay company but now I refuse to give them any acknowledgement due to their rude, lying and unprofessional staff. The vandalism on my car caused damage that needed paying for as the spray they used would not come off and glass will have to be replaced. I have reported their behaviour and the appropriate measures are being investigated and hopefully put in place so I can claim back the money I’ve lost and show them the consequences of their actions. Whether they take this seriously or not is unlikely as it seems to be a bunch of children working there!

Avoid this agency, liars, time wasters and very rude staff! Specially the manager.
