They were fast and efficient and had excellent customer service
As soon as i sent a email enquiry about the property that i wanted, as soon as I sent the email i received a phone call from one of their members of staff. Overall I would highly recommend Lenwell due there high levels of customer service and there excellent website.

Great Service
I have used Lenwell for the past 6+ years for finding tenants for my rented property. Excellent customer service and reliable. Have found ideal and brilliant tenants for my property within a short amount of time.

So far, so good
I've recently become a first-time owner of a buy-to-let property and Lenwell's have been very patient as I find my way through the process of having a tenant for the first time. As the property I've bought is new, there are quite a few snagging issues and they've managed to keep my tenant happy whilst keeping me informed. They've also helped find me an odd job man and even looked after a delivery for me at their offices! I know it's early days yet but the signs are good so far.

An excellent very professional service
Lenwell have been managing two of my properties in Luton for several years and have always provided an excellent service. Another of my properties recently became vacant and they found me a new tenant very quickly at a very good rent. I had no hesitation in passing on this third property to them to fully manage for me. I would definitely highly recommend them to anyone.

Friendly and Proffessional service
I have recently rented a property through Lenwell and have dealt with Sarah Carroll through the whole process. Sarah has been great, from the moment I called in regards to viewing the property right through to moving in. When I first called to book a viewing, Sarah mentioned other places I may be interested in that I hadn't seen and even got me a viewing the same afternoon. She has been at the end of the phone and email all the time to answer all of my questions and support me through the application process. Sarah is warm and friendly and is very helpful and adaptable in her communication to suit you. The process of becoming a tenant with Lenwell was very quick and easy and all done online so there is no trekking to the office to sign any paperwork, and copies of any paperwork are emailed to you straight away. Great Service, Thanks
