If Carlsberg did photography.. I recently sold my house using this agent. They sent Kayleigh to take the photographs & do the write up for the brochure and I was so happy with how it turned out. My house actually looked like my home & the write up was fab. Having used other agents before, I was always disappointed with the photos. For me, Kayleigh really stood out, she has a really keen eye & is a real asset to the company.

I was the executor of my fathers will and as such had to sell his house after his passing. As it was under probate my solicitor suggested i get 3 'Probate Valuations' so that she could get an average value. This I did but as soon as I met with Scot I knew that Paul Hubbard would be my choice of Estate Agent. Sympathetic, explained everything, very professional and was the only one that gave me a folder with details going forward should I were to choose them. Andrew was my main contact for Sales Negotiations and he was invaluable with information regarding the viewings. I spoke with him on a few occasions and his advice was most helpful, as was the Property File set up online. After the Confirmation of Sale my next contacts were the solicitors but during this period and up to the handing over of the keys I was not abandoned by Paul Hubbard. Jessica kept in regular contact with me checking how things were progressing, liasing between myself and the buyer, answering any questions I had. The whole team had a friendly, helpful can - do attitude All in all, a very professional outfit and I readily recommend them.

If you want your house sold these are the people to do it! They are professional, honest, work hard to maximise advertisement and will do the best by their vendor and buyer!!! From my recent experience these are the only estate agent that 100% work honestly to get you the maximum viewings and do well to get the process done once agreed. From recently purchasing a house and viewing alot of houses with multiple agents i found Paul Hubbard by far the most honest, helpful and professional (you won't get any conditional selling from them) ...and this clearly happens alot in this business if you wonder why you are not getting many viewings!! Simone is amazing, very kind, courteous, polite and professional, she will value your home free of charge and i had the delight of her personally finding us our perfect house after she knew exactly what we were looking for! I have had the good fortune to be a customer of Paul Hubbard firstly as a landlord and secondly selling my house. I should sayI moved to them as letting agents because my previous agents just didn’t do repairs keep records etc. Hubbard was entirely different: efficient, courteous and a pleasure to deal with: especially but not exclusively Abi. When problems arose they were dealt with, Paul himself intervening on one occasion out of hours. Commendable. When it came to selling Hubbard was an obvious choice: especially after my experience of the comedy outfits masquerading as estate agents in Lowestoft. Again problems and again Hubbard staff went above and beyond, especially Natalie, whose persistence in getting the sale over the line was, too, exemplary. Hubbard may or may not be the cheapest letting or estate agents in Lowestoft, but they are unquestionably the best. If you want to waste time and money go elsewhere. If you want excellent service, use Hubbard first. Honestly!
