After a complication getting into one property due to no fault of anyone, James pulled out every stop and investigated and gained access and sorted out the problem immediately as we had driven quite a way he made sure our trip was not in vain Both properties - he gave us plenty of time to look round and we loved both and they are going through the legal process now.
