I had been very sceptical about using any estate agent but the way NF conducted themselves was impeccable. Superb service

Hartleys in Loughborough were the agents for the house we were purchasing. We had some problems with information flow between the developer and our solicitor but Sue & Amanda really went over and above to sort all the issues and enable completion. Absolute stars.

The staff (specifically Heidi and Jenny) were very friendly, helpful and responsive. They made the whole experience as pain-free as possible. Our house was sold within 48 hours for the full asking price. It barely made it on the market! As with all house moves, there were some 'ups and downs' along the way from difficult buyers lower down the chain, but Jenny and Heidi found a solution to the problem and worked hard to keep everything on track and everyone as happy as possible. In short I would definitely use Newton Fallowell again. Great staff and a great service. Thank you everyone!

We recently sold our house with NFH and would highly recommend using them to anyone. They arranged many viewings within the first week of engaging them and after 4-5 days we had already received three offers including two at full asking price. They supported us throughout the process of selling the house which, entirely due to the conveyancers involved, was nowhere near as smooth as it should have been but the great help and advice from Sue in particular meant that we got there in the end. A great team and we would definitely use them again without hesitation when the time comes.
