Efficient and friendly

Valuation was realistic. Advertising was effective. Price for acting as agent was competitive. Viewings were conducted professionally. Received two offers to the asking price after first viewing day. Good advice about dealing with competing offers ethically, and where the bidders were with selling their own properties etc.. Any calls to the office were dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner. I found Newton Fallowell to be excellent throughout and I would definitely use them again.

Having secured an offer, the difficult process of getting through to completion began. At every step of the way Sue at Newton Fallowell Hartleys understood the status of our chain and was in a position the drive the completion forward. When you end up in a chain of 10, knowing that someone is progressing your sale, has good relationships with other solicitors and estate agents is reassuring. Without it the I am confident that the completion would have taken much longer. Making sure the estate agent you choose focuses as much on progressing the sale through offer to completion as well getting your property under offer is critical.
