Best agent for local area

We have used Newton Fallowell for this sale and our last. Richard's local knowledge is excellent and he valued our property realistically, providing evidence of why he had reached his recommendation. We sold the property within 10 days and despite there being numerous legal issues surface during the process, Sue Moores kept on top of proceedings, working with us, our solicitor, our buyers and other organisations (local Council) to help resolve them. Newton Fallowell are good at communication and I would have no problem recommending them to anyone looking to sell in this area.
