I rented with this agency some years ago and cannot rate them highly enough. Everything was properly maintained and they were always pleasant, respectful and helpful. If all letting agencies were like this, it would make private renting a joy. Some of the large names chase profits but don't maintain properties and tell a lot of lies. If only more landlords would choose ethical options like Hamlets for their business, private renting would be happier and healthier.
