Wanted to rent a property, didn’t need to view and happy to proceed. They then proceeded to credit check me which was then passed but proceeded to show property to other potential renters. No updates and kept in the dark then a week later I got a text saying “landlord picked someone else”. Absolutely shocking!

A company that once they’ve sold your house ignore your phone calls, emails and palm you off from person to person. You don’t keep the same estate agent! Have no consistency with staff either ( they all leave). I should of stayed with Robert Ellis they’re very professional.

These estate agents are a joke. They book viewings over two days and then tell you it has been sold already after you have travelled in to view the property. It's like having two days of interviews and taking the first person for the job …
