I have had my house rented by EweMove for a few years and then I sold the house via EweMove too. I have paid full amount for fully managed service for years, the fees he also increased which I didn’t oppose. However, I came across a very disappointing experience at the end of the tenancy and sale when I have realised that the inventory has not been completed properly whilst my house was rented as some of my expensive furniture was missing, the house was left in a mess with loads of rubbish that I had to clean up myself and on my expense. I asked for my house to be checked by the agent after the last tenant moved out as I had to come and remove my furniture before the house was sold. However, the agent, although having a few days to complete the check out, did not do so, and completed the check out when I was clearing out the property. Although I supplied pictures, The tenant has not been charged for missing furniture and leaving rubbish in the house. I have paid monthly fee without any hesitation as I was expecting the full service I paid for. However, at the end, and appears to be throughout, the service has been poor.
Great as long as you have no problems - communication not always transparent and when you question what's going on they aren't as nice and friendly as you thought they were.
Tried to book a viewing with them on Thursday evening. The person doing the viewing did not turn up so I had to call he office. Called the office, got sent the guy's phone number. After calling him I was told the viewing wasn't in his calendar and that he had already left the property. Asked me if I'd like to reschedule, I said yes and he agreed to call me the next day. He didn't. If they can't manage a viewing, how could they manage flat rental??
Terrible. Dishwasher has been broken for 12 months. Garden is unsafe to use. All I get is riddles from Nikki. Would rate less then 1 star if I could.
Appalling company - they treat potential letters like they are cattle. Very very unprofessional.

Absolutely awful experience as a landlord! Couldn't keep track of the keys to my property, didn't notice when my tenants didn't pay their rent, and ignored my emails for weeks. Very disappointing as they were taking a generous management fee, and I've received an awful service!
Not happy with their services as an old tenant. They were only interested about their money, but not about the tenant or the property.
Bought a property in July, was hounded almost every other day as the sale of my property had some delays, needless to say this was annoying to say the least and total lack of acknowledgment when I went to collect keys. Wouldn’t use again
