Gary Cooke Well folks what can I say!!!! Excellent!!! Last year we found ourselves having to sell my sisters home due to long term financial issues, a delicate and stressful time for her!!! We engaged a local big high street agent who promised us a professional and sympathetic service. We actually had the worst service I have had from any business, but I won’t go into that here. As soon as the contract was at an end I called Ewe Move, on doing so I spoke to Jordan Evans at Ewe move Long Eaton who was a breath of fresh air, he just oozed energy. On hearing our plight, he booked us in for a home visit the next day. On arrival we were faced with a man that never stops smiling and is always positive, his energy was boundless and was not just for show!! It carried forward through the whole process. He could not do enough to reassure my sister that all would be well. Everything he and the team did for us was outstanding in quality and commitment, not once did he fall short of a promise!! Always being on the end of a phone. Nothing was too much trouble and he always had time for us despite being extremely busy, we always felt looked after and the stress that had built up oooozed away……. There was no contract no upfront fees and they did all the viewings, bonus!!! As a small business owner myself I was very impressed as it just took so much pressure off me. Would I recommend Jordan Evans and Ewe Move, Long Eaton?? Absolutely Would I use them again??? Absolutely To that end, now that my sister has managed to get a mortgage offer of her own I will be contacting Jordan Evans at Ewe Move Long Eaton to see how they can help her to start the next chapter in her life. I have one regret, that I broke my promise to Jordan by not getting this review done as soon as I promised! Sorry mate!!

James Roberts and the team at EweMove Beeston did a splendid job selling my property. Excellent communications, very fair commision charges, and a friendly positive attitude. After failing to sell after six months with another agent, I moved to EweMove; and I accepted an offer after three weeks. This was in the depths of winter, what a result! Sadly we had to sell my mother-in-laws house recently, because she had to go into a care home due to her having dementia. Great bunch of people. David was a big hit with our eldest boy (4) so we knew he was the one that would put any future buyer at ease and sell our house! Diane in the office was always on hand, giving great advice and answering any questions we had. I'd use them again without doubt, if we move again in the future!

Brilliant estate agents & highly recommended! We had great communication from start to finish. Will was accessible at all hours ( even though he was out of the country for some of the time). James was polite & professional when showing us around the property. Diane was the real star! We were first time buyers so she went above and beyond to talk us through the process & ensure we understood everything & what the next steps were. She was on top of everything & knew exactly what was happening at each stage to ensure the sale progressed smoothly. Cant speak highly enough of Jordan and the team at EweMove, nothing was too much trouble & the professional listing had my property tenanted within 7 days! The service has only continued after the new tenant has moved in, with Jordan working any required contact around my busy work day so as not to inconvenience me! James in the Mortgages department also took time out to provide some extremely helpful impartial advice, so a big thank you to all. Would highly recommend to anyone & if there was a 6 star option I would've selected that!

Ewemove have been very helpful and courteous in dealing with our house move. James has the energy and communication skills needed to get things moving. He is positive and enthusiastic, and even though we experienced some difficulties during the selling process, he helped to keep us on track and focused. Diane was also extremely helpful with advising us on progress at every stage and with chasing up matters with solicitors and other estate agents. We felt supported by a professional and friendly team. Moving house is a stressful time and we were very pleased with our choice of Estate Agent.

I can not fault Jordan and the team at Ewemove. Very professional and efficient in every way. Tentative to our needs and a sale within a week. What more could we ask for.

I honestly thought there was no difference between estate agents and was planning on going with an internet company. James was the last to come to value my house and I nearly cancelled him. I’m so glad I didn’t. He was so much more professional and easy to get on with than the other agents and went above and beyond time after time in my sale. I would recommend him and his team time and time again. Once an offer was accepted Diane was an amazing source of info and support. I don’t think you can compare the service you get from James and team with other ‘cheaper’ companies. It’s a false economy to think otherwise. Huge thanks!
