We were informed that we'd offered the tenancy of the property and Belvoir were then helpful in helping us collate the relevant documents and set a move-in date. Since then, Belvoir have responded to our queries about the property promptly and have ensured at all times that everything in the property is working as and when required, and despite having to carry out some significant work to the house, Belvoir have been superb in ensuring this gets done.
