Absolutely fantastic agent that I have worked with for 15 years for my properties. They go the extra mile when assisting tenants and landlords and Francesca has been brilliant when dealing with a sensitive issue with a recent client. I have also used Belvoir to take over the running of an additional property where the prior agent mismanaged the tenant and the property entered into disrepair. Belvoir were exceptional dealing with and resolving these issues too

It would be too numerous for me to mention all what they've accomplished but suffice to say their empathy, level of communication and efficiency is second to known which gives great assurance for one like me residing in Australia.
