Dealt with Francesca initially, then mostly Libby for the remainder of the sale, which unfortunately was a long and difficult sale, although no fault of Belvoir. Always professional, approachable and helpful. Good communication - any email queries I sent were answered promptly. Polite, friendly and understanding (which was important to me, as there were many frustrating moments!) Thank you Francesca and Libby (and anyone else involved). We got there in the end! Would definitely recommend Belvoir Long Eaton.
