Terrible. Dishwasher has been broken for 12 months. Garden is unsafe to use. All I get is riddles from Nikki. Would rate less then 1 star if I could.

Team of unprofessional people !!! It was the worst experience with this agency. Hollie Daws (Property Marketing Consultant) who showed me the property had no interest in showing it. She just stood in the hall, and if I had any query, I had to ask loudly so that she could hear me and even after that she didn't know anything about the property. I put an offer , and I called them to get an update and lastly, they said it was sold before four days . If it was sold , why were they (Hollie Daws) for documents from me ? And they are not bothered to even inform you if it's gone . I will not do any further viewing from this agency anymore.

Absolutely awful experience as a landlord! Couldn't keep track of the keys to my property, didn't notice when my tenants didn't pay their rent, and ignored my emails for weeks. Very disappointing as they were taking a generous management fee, and I've received an awful service!

Not happy with their services as an old tenant. They were only interested about their money, but not about the tenant or the property.

Bought a property in July, was hounded almost every other day as the sale of my property had some delays, needless to say this was annoying to say the least and total lack of acknowledgment when I went to collect keys. Wouldn’t use again
