After offer care was brilliant, Carly kept everything on track, checking up on progress and keeping helpful lines of communication going and we completed without a hitch.

I bought a house in E11 through Stow Bros in Wanstead and they were genuinely fantastic to deal with. I was lucky enough to have Amy dealing with my sale. Given the way the London property market is the sale was pretty protracted but I couldn't have asked for more from her. The agents were attentive, diligent and always responsive. Most important for me was that, even though working on behalf of the vendor, Amy & the team acted with complete honesty and integrity throughout with me, giving honest and realistic assessments, communicating appropriately when needing to push things along etc. I don't plan on moving again anytime soon but would definitely approach Stow first if so. Genuinely recommended!

Excellent service. Kyli was by far the most professional valuer we had round and the marketing pack was top quality. We got 50 viewings in one weekend and some great offers, resulting in a sale price that was a bit above our early expectations. Poppy then progressed the deal brilliantly - we had lots of little issues along the way and she was always very proactive, easy to get hold of and dogged in her chasing to get the deal done. Also a lovely person to work with. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service with a more relatable approach to house selling. They were a pleasure to work with and I never felt pressured or pushed as some agents are prone to do. I would thoroughly recommend them and use them again.
