I had such a brilliant experience selling with Stow Brothers. Sammie was amazing from the beginning and was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Even my dog (who is scared of everyone and everything!) warmed to her instantly, and I knew I would go with Stow Brothers from my first meeting with Sammie. The rate offered is very reasonable and competitive, and the property pictures and sales particulars were top quality. Stow Brothers also have a great database of buyers before the property has even hit Rightmove or Zoopla, so I had my first viewing booked in within about 10 minutes of the property going live on the Stow Brothers website! I had just one day of viewings, and Stow Brothers were able to line up 14 people to come and view the property. From this I received multiple offers, some above asking price. The sales process has been really smooth, and it's been amazing having Sammie as my point of contact from start to finish. She has been so responsive and has really helped to ensure the sale has gone through without a hitch. A huge thank you to Stow Brothers (and especially Sammie!) for making the whole process so easy. If I was selling in the area again, I wouldn't consider using anyone else.

Stow Brothers have been exceptional but especially Lucy Rhodes who guided me through selling my flat in Walthamstow. She communicated with me almost daily and made sure I had all the information I needed. She virtually held my hand through any stress or anxiety around selling and kept the process moving so we exchanged in less than 12 weeks! She is professional, personable and makes the process fun!
