Then onto the most stressful part, the actual sale. We were in touch with Niall, who from the beginning felt like a more elevated property agent. He was extremely polite and professional and he really supported us in this super stressful part of the process. His stakeholder management skills are very impressive, he was helping us with our solicitor, who was incredibly over worked and stressed but Niall managed this really well and knows how to navigate and communicate in these situations. Overall, having Niall there fighting our corner really made us feel more secure and supported during, what really is, one of the most stressful times of your life!
