We have rented our home for 5 years using the Stow Bros as our agents. We currently have Hanna as our managing agent, and she is the best we’ve had at the agency. She seems to care about the tenants and is as landlords.

I've use The Stow Brothers as a tenant for ~2 years and as buyer of a property in Walthamstow and honestly, I have nothing to fault them. Both as tenancy managers and as the sellers representative they have been extremely open, communicative, accomodating and personable to deal with. It really does feel like they actually care about you not just as a customer but because they genuinely want the best for you. It's rare to see this in properties, and it makes me think there's hope for estate agents if more of those like The Stow Brothers show up in the market. Intelligent, reassuring and hardworking. As soon as I saw the Stow Brothers marketing I knew they were at a different level to their competitors. I was lucky enough to meet with Andrew Lesurf at my property who had intelligent strategy to work around my tenanted flat. Their photographer was a real artist who took great time and care to get excellent results. Despite a very difficult sale process I was always met with patience, kindness and responsiveness. We got there in the end with great thanks to Andrew Lesurf and Paul Leonard who handled my sale with calm, confidence and ease. Perfect.

Excellent estate agency and staff! Their services are great with amazing customer service. Anita Datta property managed the flat I was living in, and she was fabulous. If at any time there was an issue, she would respond promptly to my emails or calls, and get the issue sorted with the landlady as quickly as possible. She provided courtesy calls every few months to ensure all was ok, and as a whole she seemed to be a kind, receptive and personable person. Thanks Anita!
