Not what they claim to be when advertised

This being the first time I have used an online agent I was full of high hopes this would be the way forward for the future. How wrong I was, Tepilo are very good at marketing themselves with a great looking brand, agents who are very polite at the end of the phone, However this ultimately is useless as there is no follow up, no understanding of any of the local obstacles to sale and nothing seems to move forward without me having to contact them myself. It seems they asked for their upfront fee and have taken that money and run. I recently complained to them this was followed up with a brief flurry of activity e.g. emails, etc and then nothing, but silence. I am frustrated. As £795 is a lot of money to lose. However I will have to suck that one in, as then my local agent - who is much more effective in the shorter time they have been marketing my house will charge me less as sole agent.
