Kingshills were absolutely fantastic in the purchase of our property. Right from the very start, the agent showing us around the property, to putting the offer in, the communication and professionalism was impeccable. You can choose which agent you put your own property up with but you can't choose the agent of the property you want to purchase: we are so glad ours was with Kingshills, as they made the whole process seamless for us. Katie was very responsive and was able to answer all our queries, even recommended us a fantastic surveyor and a cleaning company when we wouldn't know who to trust or where to start. The main thing I found really helpful was how organised and communicable Katie was. I was able to chat to her on WhatsApp and it made the progression very smooth.
