Kayleigh Manning was incredibly helpful and professional throughout what became a difficult sale. I genuinely felt supported and never left “hung out to dry” after my offer was accepted. Her consistent communication was exactly what I needed — always professional, always timely, and she kept me fully informed rather than wondering when or how confirmation from the seller would come through. Unfortunately, the offer didn’t result in a completed sale, but the hard work, dedication, and transparency Kayleigh showed throughout the process were greatly appreciated. I have been working with Andrea and Jenny Luddington for what has been a super painful house selling process. That said, the team at Thomas Morris St Neots have been incredible. Very attentive and tenacious where required. In some ways I’ll miss my regular calls with Jenny so might have to keep them up even though the house is now successfully sold. I rent a property, that DC lane manage. Since they have taken over the tenancy they have been really helpful and have listened to all the requests that's have been put forward about repairs required in the property. I have waiting years for new windows and carpets and finally they have made this happen, and made our house feel like a home.

I cannot recommend DC Lane highly enough. What should have been a straightforward sale and purchase turned into a long and often challenging process, with chain collapses, legal complications, delays and more than a few stressful moments along the way. Throughout it all, Helen was simply outstanding. Her enthusiasm, positivity and determination never wavered, even when things became difficult. At several points it felt as though the process might grind to a halt, but Helen’s perseverance and proactive approach kept everything moving forward. She was always chasing progress, keeping me updated, managing expectations and, most importantly, finding solutions rather than focusing on problems. What impressed me most was that Helen genuinely cared about getting the right outcome. She was always available to offer reassurance, advice and support when it was needed most, and her belief that we would eventually get there never faltered, even when mine occasionally did! The wider team at DC Lane were also fantastic throughout, always professional, responsive and helpful. It was clear that everyone was working hard behind the scenes to support the process and provide a first-class service. Buying and selling property can be incredibly stressful, but having Helen and the team at DC Lane in your corner makes a huge difference. We are forever grateful to Helen and the whole DC Lane team for all of their help to get our house sale completed. They were there every step of the way and because they are a relatively small, local team, it felt very personal and bespoke so they kept checking in with us and kept us updated throughout. The whole team worked tirelessly to help us (and also the other buyers and sellers) to navigate our way through. Helen helped to be a voice of reason and reassurance through the whole moving maze and we can’t thank her enough!!
