I've lived in one of their properties in Northowram for about 15 months now. I couldn't recommend this agents enough! From the second I payed interest in renting through them to now, I can honestly say I've never had friendlier, more efficient service from an estate agents before. They're always so happy to help and advise and reports for repairs or problems are dealt with almost immediately. I've had a few general problems with damp, mice and plumbing issues. Each one has been taken into account, reported to a contractor and all my problems have been resolved within a matter of a few hours. All staff I have dealt with in the office couldn't be more supportive and welcoming. Even in the recent weeks, as my landlord has served notice to sell the property, the agents at RW are so eager to help and assist the house hunting & moving as much as they can and try there best to ease the process.
