Speaking to property managers sometimes be upsetting because things needs doing. But with Widaad, she was responsive and she surprised me with her wealth of knowledge within properties (why issues happen, how long it might take to resolve etc) and industries outside of property management namely investments (I am an investment analyst maybe why we clicked!) which I was totally blown away by and makes me trust her more. Widaad is not just courteous and helpful but also has the brains. It was a breath of fresh air speaking with her and forming a relationship which makes the phone call and email pleasant and less of a chore. Widaad, you have a very bright future ahead of you, keep being your best self and I wish you all the best.

Olivia helped me a lot with mu moving out process. She was very friend and helpful with me. During my move out, I forgot to take my wi-fi router with me, and Olivia helped me to get it back very soon! class!

We had some pretty bad communication from the agents looking after our move into our new home until we finally moved in and Anita Datta started looking after us. There were many issues and repairs to be made and Anita was really helpful and efficient in getting everything sorted with the landlord, we really appreciate it.

Had brief contact with Kate. She absorbed our information super quickly and worked hard to make arrangements that fit with our very tight timeline. Ended up having to go for a different flat but I can still definitely recommend.
