Stirling Ackroyd are a terrible estate agency and I would not recommend them to anyone. They made our moving process extremely difficult and nearly everyone I spoke with was rude and unprofessional. They made promises about the flat which they then went back on the day we moved into the flat. Avoid them if you can as they are not a tenant friendly agency.

“Incredibly unhelpfully" After moving in our flat our kitchen stop to work ... And till now is still not working after one month . We called who meant to help us in case of issues ,and after " ONE MONTH" we still waiting for this help.

Super poor back-office service. Aggressive to both landlord and tenant - and multiple mistakes in the contracting process. Little attention to details.

Stay away!!! They are the least professional agency I have dealt with. They did not respect the clauses of the Agreement. Communication was extremely slow. You cannot rely on what they say. They only care about making money with an appalling service. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Terrible customer service when you’re q tenant with them. Slow to answer emails, and misteriously the agent was always busy when we called the office. Never once got a call back. They were not at all up to date about the situation of the property. They are not at all concerned about tenants, I would avoid them at all cost. We moved out over a month ago and we still keep getting emails from them as they think we still live there.. they couldn’t even care to update their systems.

Staff are unhelpful and rude. Avoid.
