Regular communication, contacting all the relevant parties - Tammy was key to ensuring the whole process progressed smoothly and in a timely manner.

The crew here are fantastic, always quick to answer the phone and always happy to help. They did everything they could to speed up the buying process for us, and were especially understanding considering how difficult our conveyancers were to get hold of and get them to do anything. My mum went into a care home last year and it’s been a difficult process, sorting all her belongings and affairs since then. The moment that we decided to put the house on the market with Robinson, Michael & Jackson we knew it was the right choice as they were prompt, courteous and professional from the word go. TJ contacted us and arranged an appointment to get the ball rolling, within a day or so we had our EPC report, details and plans and was on the market.
