I would give them a zero stars but apparently that option is not available so many reasons for it keep it that way you are the best. I am just surprised that star ratings is high which doesn’t make sense but on a trustpilot is poor 3.2 so that makes more sense

Very disappointed with the way Robinson Jackson has handled our scaffolding issue. We were originally told it would be removed by 1 August, but it is still there. We were then given another removal date, which was also missed. We have followed up several times and, although Daniel has been polite and said he is chasing the landlord, we are still waiting for a clear update and confirmed removal date. The scaffolding is causing a lot of inconvenience, especially during the recent hot weather, as we cannot properly open the windows and ventilate the property. I understand some delays may be outside the agent’s direct control, but the repeated missed dates and lack of a clear resolution have been very frustrating. I expected better communication and follow-up from the letting agency.

I am not sure how they got the 4.9 star rating but on my end, this agency is SEVERELY UNRESPONSIVE and incompetent. They do not care about you AT ALL. I have sent a query to them and received a reply 5 MONTHS AFTER and that reply has no connection to the query I have raised! AVOID!
