I recently the pleasure of interacting with Nusha from Ringley to sort some issues with my flat. Nusha quickly solved an issue I had with a missing chair & she arranged for an engineer to visit to fix a door, all within 24 hours of contacting her. She was also extremely pleasant to deal with. 5⭐️

I have been trying to find a flat to rent, and last week I got in contact with Ringley. Josh has been amazing all throughout the process - super professional and very quick with his responses. I went to a viewing that was led by him and he was again super helpful and answered all my questions. I highly recommend contacting Ringley if you are looking to move!

I live in William Mundy Way in The Emperor Block. The cleaning in our block is kept spotless throughout the year. Unfortunately we have people living in this block who create quite a mess. I love coming home from a long days work to see the stairs and floors and hallway lovely and tidy from top to bottom. The products that are used smell amazing too. Maria the cleaner has superb cleaning standards which is something I really appreciate. Our block is always left well cleaned and smelling fresh throughout after Maria has left in the morning. Thank you so much Maria your customer service and outstanding standards mean a lot to us. I wish you a very happy and healthy Christmas and New Year. Andy has been fantastic in helping us with the moving in process and answering any queries related to the process during the year that we have lived in Greyfriars, Coventry. I'm giving 5star to a particular customer service person name Sue. She went above and beyond to resolve and ensure the communal light for my block of flats was fixed after I had spoken with five different staff for the past four weeks with no result. Today 19/8/22 Sue restored my confidence in Ringley as a whole. Thank you, sue. I appreciate your professionalism, efficiency and commitment to the job.

These five stars are to recognise the positive and can-do attitude that Catherine Griffin has displayed to managing our estate. She is a marked improvement on our last Ringley manager, in terms of her friendly manner and contactability. Ringley property manager service quality has varied considerably over the years; however it was immediately apparent that Catherine has a very professional manner - and that is appreciated by this resident!

Wanted to share my experience with Ringley , it’s been a no efforts ride really, the few issues I we’ve had or PM Karl as promptly sorted it out so 5stars to him… great service many thanks
