I'm very glad we work with Ringley now. Ian Barber is a knowledgeable, smart. extremely experienced, and polite person. It is a real pleasure to work with Ian; he respects and appreciates others and he is a true professional.

I'm giving 5star to a particular customer service person name Sue. She went above and beyond to resolve and ensure the communal light for my block of flats was fixed after I had spoken with five different staff for the past four weeks with no result. Today 19/8/22 Sue restored my confidence in Ringley as a whole. Thank you, sue. I appreciate your professionalism, efficiency and commitment to the job.

These five stars are to recognise the positive and can-do attitude that Catherine Griffin has displayed to managing our estate. She is a marked improvement on our last Ringley manager, in terms of her friendly manner and contactability. Ringley property manager service quality has varied considerably over the years; however it was immediately apparent that Catherine has a very professional manner - and that is appreciated by this resident!

Such a refreshing experience dealing with Karl Bradley. Every issue is dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Karl is obviously very knowledgeable and experienced as he resolves even the most challenging issues at a pace. I couldn't praise him highly enough.

I just like to put a positive feedback to Disha personally, since she has started at Ringley as Relationship Manager to Friars Close, I have seen her hard work and dedication through finding solution to our issues that we have here in Friars. I am impressed of her commitment to work with us (residents) and listened to us for what we think should be priorities. She gave us a regular update to any project that concern us and this give assurance that our issues are being dealt with. This is the type of manager that we need that deliver results. Andy has been the most amazing person throughout this whole year that we have lived at Greyfriars in Coventry. He was quick to answer any query we had and always did his best to accommodate our requests. Furthermore, our renting process was more complex than the usual due to our unusual circumstances, but Andy went the extra mile to help us with everything and make us feel welcome and safe. Thank you Andy a million times for looking after us while our paths crossed this past year, and we truly wish you all the best for the future!
