Highly Recommended Local Estate Agent

We were relatively new to the Wanstead area and the local knowledge that Petty Son and Prestwich was extremely useful for us. We were also first time buyers and they were happy and quick to answer all of our questions, no matter how significant they were. This put us at ease and gave us confidence to proceed with the purchase. The staff were very helpful and courteous. We would recommend them highly, without hesitation, and will look to come back to them when we sell. Thanks for all your help!

Excellent reliable service

By far the most competent and reliable estate agent we've dealt with, Petty Son helped us find our perfect house in Wanstead. The staff strike just the right balance of personable and professional and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone buying/selling in the area. Special thanks to Elaine & Fay.

Highly Recommend

Buying a house is always a stressful time and having a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable estate agent like Petty Son's really does make it a bit easier. All of the team were always at hand and were very flexible with viewing the property repeatedly! They definitely had the best selection of properties in the area and would recommend anyone selling in Wanstead to go with Petty Son's

Excellent London Estate Agent

Firstly, Petty is a thoroughly professional company: efficient, very timely in all the communications, highly organized and extremely friendly. It is when things don't quite go to plan however (and how many house sales and purchases do go to plan?!), that their really quality comes through. They really fought our corner and, if it wasn't for them, the recent sale of our house would probably have fallen through. If they were sick of our numerous phone calls to them, they never showed it and always treated us as if we were their number one clients. You can't say fairer than that!
