Found the Martin & Co Balham team very helpful and responsive from the inception of my tenancy to the end. Any maintenance issues with the property were resolved quickly and to a high standard, and there were no hidden fees or costs. Would definitely recommend using this agent if looking to rent a property in the South London area.

We had a very positive experience renting our new property with Gabriela. Throughout the process she was very helpful with leasing with the landlord and was on hand to answer any questions we had. I would recommend Martin & Co to those looking to rent in London.

Myself and my partner approached the Estate agent and the lady with dark hair inside and shouted at us to not approach this Estate agent as they do not serve minority ethnic groups and people who are not of a w middle class background and know of others who have faced unfair discrimination from this Estate agents!

My brother and sister in law just moved in to my road. I told them that I had heard Martin and Co are a reputable company. lol very embarrassing for me because this Martin & Co Balham branch is SO useless. They have been in there place for 2months and they can't use half the rooms because it is still filled with rubbish.

Please do yourself a favour and DO NOT rent a place if this Balham branch of Martin & co is managing the rental. They will make your life a administrative nightmare as you have follow up on the most basic requirements pre agreed for the rental
