Simon (sales team of Martin & Co) kept himself informed of the progress of the transaction at all times and helped things move along, when required, by contacting the council to help resolve any issues. Simon contacted us to let us know the progress regularly. All of these contributed to helping the deal go through smoothly. The rest of the team at Martin & Co (Michael, Stuart, Edith, Delphine, ...) efficiently handled all aspects of finding a new tenant and helping get the flat ready for them. There were a few jobs which needed sorting and these were arranged and done in good time. It was a pleasure working with them.
