Impressive service!
We have just instructed Madley to sell our flat on the recommendation of a friend and have not been disappointed. From the moment we got in touch they have had a very personable approach and were very quick to visit the property, provide an accurate valuation and begin marketing the property. Our main point of contact has been Lloyd, but the whole team has been supportive. They have an excellent knowledge of the market and are thorough in their communications and feedback. Would highly recommend to other people looking to sell to use Madley.

A highly professional and reliable property service
Lloyd and Matt at Madley really made us feel valued and were at hand to answer all our queries. They were invaluable as an intermediary between brokers, sellers and the mortgage providers. As first time buyers we felt we were in good hands and they were very straightforward and honest throughout making the process much nicer than our previous experience with other agents. New opportunities
Lloyd introduced me to my first investment property in East London in Canary Wharf. This has proven to be an excellent investment - continually let with just days of vacant periods and with great potential for capital growth.
