I worked with Loney Miller on the sale and purchase of my flat and house respectively. My opinion of estate agents in general was not high going into the process, but I have to say that the professionalism and support of all the team completely changed my perceptions. For various reasons both transactions ended up being incredibly complicated and stressful but I felt supported every step of the way and I interacted with almost every member of the team in one way or another.
