A great deal of care is taken over the valuation - always realistic - and marketing of the property. I was really impressed with the level of detail and their general sales strategy, which was (crucially) meaningful and effective. My flat sold fairly swiftly due to the realistic pricing strategy. Location Location have been our rental agency for the last 18 months and we’ve enjoyed a very professional service throughout this time. I particularly found that Will and William, the head of property management and maintenance contractor were always available and approachable when something needed replacing/fixing. They acted very quickly to sort things out. Although not part of the service, I also enjoyed the seasonal shop front as well. Cheesy but a good laugh. My contact at Location Location was Will who was always very communicative throughout the process. While Will was away during this process, his colleague Donna was great at catching up to speed on my account and stepping in for him. Since I’ve been living in the property, Will has been very quick and responsive with our requests for repairs and maintenance on the house.
