Fabulous experience selling our property with Sarah, Francesca and the KFH team. A few things made this sale a bit more complex than the average property but the KFH team took it all in their stride. This team handled us being remote from the property with ease, the entire process was completed over the phone or email. The team managed around tenants who would move out ahead of sale, and handled some early feedback on teething issues swiftly to reach a respectful understanding of the boundaries needed to maintain a good relationship with both ourselves and the tenants.
