From the very beginning, I was impressed with the service provided by Lily Burgering. After sending many viewing requests to multiple agents, via Rightmove, it was a welcome break from emails when Lily called me directly. She wanted to understand my needs and asked great questions. It may seem basic, but out of 12 email requests, she was the only one who picked up the phone to understand our search. As a result, she scheduled additional viewings which all helped my research and understanding of the London market. I've never purchased in this country and arriving during the pandemic makes for additional questions. Lily was on time and well-organized, allowing us to make best use of our time. She's also enjoyable company who graciously provides an overview of the property and then allows you to discover and "feel" it on your own. Her follow up was equally impressive. And best of all, she genuinely celebrated when we found our home (sadly not via her agency). This makes me strongly recommend her for your search, because she made the entire effort about us.
