Kings sold our property and did a great job. We looked at a few agents and in the end am so glad we went with kings. Olly Knipe really understands people and what is required to negotiate a sale through to completion. Repeatedly went over and above to keep everyone on board and help us navigate issues that arose. He took a lot of the stress out of it for us. We were unsure about our conveyancers who were really expensive and not great service and Olly also recommended a conveyancer called Kenny that he works with a lot. I usually wouldn’t have gone with this but in the end we did and they were equally as great as Kings and half the price of the previous conveyancers. Together they got the job done. Highly recommend both!

We cannot enough praise his help in answering our questions, some in fact that our solicitor should have advised on, his patience as we took our time making decisions and progressing the sale, arranging multiple visits at times that suited us, sometimes with his wonderful colleague Ali. We had been looking in Palmers Green and bordering Edmonton area for a couple of years before we found this house so have quite some experience of other estate agents in the area.
