We cannot praise the guys at Kings highly enough. They are so much more than 5* on many levels. We were selling Bob’s family home which we had spent a lot of time and care refurbishing and it was personal. We didn’t want it sold to a developer and would not have liked to see it rented out. We also knew the price we wanted to achieve. Stuart spent some time listening, talking and getting to know us. He then matched us with the most perfect buyers, a lovely young couple who were first time buyers with a mortgage offer in place, they loved the house and offered the full asking price – all within 3 hours. The whole process has been totally stress free with Joe keeping us informed at every stage. During the process we needed to obtain an EPC certificate and have the gas boiler serviced and certified. Each time, Stuart was able to recommend properly trained trades who carried out the works fast, efficiently and both charged very reasonable rates. Kings know their job, they know what's happening in the market and although they each look after their assigned clients, they work as a team, each knowing at what stage their colleagues’ sales and purchases are at. In fact, our buyers were Ali’s clients who had narrowly missed another house Kings were selling in our road. Stuart was aware of everything that had gone on for them and he knew our house was perfect for them.
