Stuart, Olly and Joe gave a great start to end service. Stuart gave the initial valuation back in November 2020 following the death of our cousin. He called at the house and showed alot of empathy and gave us good advice on the marketing post Probate. Although we had 3 other companies giving valuation we were taken by Stuart's empathy and professionalism. So we placed the property on the market for sale in August 2021. Enter Ollie who marketed and oversaw the open house appointments. Again Ollie was reassuring and gave us his honest opinion on the market pricing and the target price.
