I had an excellent experience selling my house with Kingsgroup. They kept me informed of proceedings throughout the sales process and gave good advice. I was introduced to the Kingsgroup by Joe who was very efficient and wasted no time in getting my house on the sales market. I had a good number of initial viewings, perhaps being fortunate with the timing of sales with the onset of spring/summer weather which brought out the viewers. The staff managing viewings were always polite to inform me of visits sufficiently in advance so i could arrange for the visits. On receipt of an offer my sales process was well guided by Adriel. When I had questions or queries he was always quick to respond even when my concerns were difficult and critical of delays inevitable in the process and explained the technical matters in the process with patience and courtesy. In the end it worked well for both sides in giving sufficient flexibility for the buyer to meet the completion and exchange dates whilst also giving me assurance of the buyer's commitment to the sale. Some flexibility and mutual understanding on both sides was needed, which Adriel managed well. All in all, it was a smooth sales experience.
