Thank you Manning Stainton for expert care you have provided in the selling or our home. Ben was our initial contact and made us feel well taken care of with regards to the process and the confidence we would have in using Manning Stainton and the full team have lived up to that. Ellie Garside was our sales representative and really pulled it out of the bag in being able to get the property on line, keeping us informed of it's status and getting in viewings super quick. This has really hassle free process and we are grateful for the attentive care. We have now had our handover to Habib who is looking after us now that the property has sold, a very smooth handover, a lovely introductory call and again the confidence that we are in good hands. Thank you all!!

Just recently sold my flat through Manning Stainton in Pudsey and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell a property. Sold my house with Ryder and Dutton Uppermill and the whole thing was effortless. I dealt with Nancy Holden and Charlotte Atherton who went above and beyond. The contact was fantastic, always happy to answer the numerous phone calls I made and questions I had. Both down to earth and easy to talk to and give advice at the same time as being professional. Me and my partner have just purchased our first home ☺️ big thank you to Nancy Holden who was honestly brilliant. Constantly providing updates and getting things moving. Great experience with Manning Stainton Pudsey. Debbie was very responsive, always pleasant to deal with and kept us well updated throughout. The office team were also excellent (including Georgia) - calls were always answered and there was always someone available to help, which really stood out. I do think the initial valuation was slightly on the high side, which may have slowed things down early on, but overall the service was strong and supportive. Thank you to Debbie and the team - much appreciated!
