Just to say this is the best rental co I have dealt with to date....I have experienced 12 very different rental companies in many different cities over the years as a guarantor . JLL staff maintained good contact with me at all stages and that helped to make it a positive experience. Dealt with Charlotte Russell from well before completion to the point at which the tenant was in situ. Extremely personable and professional, Charlotte exudes and inspires confidence and delivers on her promises. Very comfortable to be guided by her professional opinion as always felt she had our best interests at heart and was not just trying to get a deal done. Good business sense and very practical.

Absolutely appalling service when we tried to leave our apartment. Firstly they overcharged us with the rent owing to an "accounting error" and we did not even receive an apology or acceptance of any liability. Then there were extortionate cleaning charges when the property was in exemplary condition throughout and far cleaner than when we left. Furthermore the agent we dealt with was thoroughly unpleasant.
