This is the second time in three years that I’ve rented a home through JLL Stratford, and both times I’ve had the pleasure of working with Erjana. She has been incredibly supportive throughout the whole process — from viewings and explaining all the details about the property to guiding us through the documentation and always replying quickly to any questions. A few weeks back, she once again made everything smooth, fast, and stress-free, helping my housemate and me secure our new home with ease.
